Performing Meaning: The vocal skills used to achieve meaning will demonstrate appropriate use of at least three of the following:
Context for demonstrating skills:
- You must use three components of voice within a minimum of three units.
- It must be clear that the specified choices create a specific meaning and understanding for the audience.
- Evidence can be seen during: any assumed character/role in class, during the reading/presentation of a poem, or prose, or speech.
Vocal choices made can be explained and justified orally (or written) when requested for the teacher and/or class.
