Be able to sustain dramatic neutral state to use in training and creating a character
- Stand still with weight even on both legs for up to 5 minute chunks
- Use neutral body posture = head up, eyes looking straight ahead, shoulders back, arms relaxed by sides, face blank with no muscle tension in the forehead, around jaw or eyes.
- walk for up to 5 minute chunks in a neutral physical body
This can be demonstrated in any workshop activity in the class but must be seen across a sustained period of at least 5 different occasions.
